I had an incredible time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and all the tourist attractions nearby. Being so close to the sea was an added bonus. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with basic amenities that met all my needs. The highlight for me was the attention to detail, with the option of having two single beds together on a double bed mattress. The breakfast served was also delicious and satisfying.

All in all, everything was great.

fantastic touristic attractions like two oceans aquarium were so close to this place. we enjoyed the fact that we chose cascades suites. don't forget to explore oranjezicht neighborhood.

Location was convenient. The building was in a lively area and close to several local attractions and restaurants. The apartment was small but clean, perfect for a city break.

The apartment wasn't properly cleaned, dust and spider webs were everywhere. The portable heater given to us was broken and there was no central heating, which made the cold even worse.

Cascade Apartments are very good value and the location was brilliant. I would definitely recommend to other people.

The staff are friendly. The Cascades is on bus and taxi routes. It is located near to the v&a Waterfront and the Cape Quarter. There are restaurants nearby for meals.

The hotel is undergoing renovations which made thing rather awkward. Our room looked nothing like the photos - more old-fashioned and less attention to detail (but clean) and very difficult to access with 2 children and luggage. There was no security guard as promised at the closed entrance in the wee hours of the morning and, had it not been for a resident who arrived home at the same time as I did, I would have been stranded on the pavement. Security was not as good as explained.

The location is good. Its situated in Green Point. Near by Water Front, The Capetown stadium and others good places you can visit. Clean bedclothes... Good facilities... Every thing working perfectly like Tv, microwaves, freezer, stove and heating equipement. Etc... perfet if you are travelling with friends and relatives.

They say that the reception staff work 24h/24 but this is not true. We arrived at 11 Pm and nobody was there to assist us. Only one the security guy was working by shift. He helped us by calling to the manager who took about 40 minutes to come. We had to stay outdoor and its was very cold. There is some old dishes in the kitchen... They could also put satelitte tv... The South Africa channels are not very good.

Unfortunatly for us you were in the middle of renovations also our room was close to the elevators and every time tit is being used your hear the bell go off . Maybe there is a way of switching it off

This hotel offers great value for money with competitive prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, being super close to the waterfront, beach, and stadium. The staff provide excellent service, catering to basic amenities and ensuring comfortable double beds. The breakfast is also a highlight, providing a satisfying start to the day.

All was perfectly fine during my stay.

It was very close to City Centre where business meetings were held. Close to shopping malls and other attractions.

The carpet and chair was not very clean - I would suggest that you advertise the one room as a bachelor.

Service is good. And if any complaint they will quickily solve your problem just to make u a wonderful stay. Location is good easy to access to waterfront and long street.only point need to improve is the time for shower with hot water.

The hotel is conveniently located near everything, including the Waterfront and great restaurants. The staff are very kind and caring, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and the option for two single beds together on a double bed mattress is a nice touch. Many things! Firstly by the friendly way I was greeted on arrival and by all the staff throughout my stay. I requested a second parking bay and was given one without any fuss or 'we are doing you a helluva favour'. The room was clean. It had far more in it than I was expecting. I left something behind and received a calI to tell me an hour after checking out. I collected the item neatly folded yesterday. That impressed me as it could have gone unnoticed or been stolen.The place was very safe and secure - for me and my car. I had a very pleasant stay.

I don't think the TV remote worked but I also didn't try very hard.The kettle stopped working half way through our stay. Thank goodness there was a stove to boil water for tea!
